Over The Edge, achieved national prominence

 Galway’s literary events organisation, Over The Edge, achieved national prominence on Wednesday evening when it was mentioned in a Dáil debate on the future of Ireland’s cultural institutions. See here: http://tiny.cc/nbctgw

Over The Edge is a professional literary organisation based in Galway, Ireland. We organise the highly successful Over The Edge: Open Reading series in Galway City Library as well as the popular Friday evening Writers’ Gatherings at The Kitchen @ The Museum. We also facilitate a wide range of creative writing workshops, both poetry and fiction. Over The Edge works closely with Galway Arts Centre and the Galway-based North Beach Poetry Nights. Over The Edge is organised by Galway-based writers Susan Millar DuMars and Kevin Higgins.
